This show was created and produced by Ekta Kapoor under the production of Balaji Telefilms. It stars Nakuul Mehta and Disha Parmar. This show is the sequel or reboot version of the series with same name “bade acche lgte hain” that on aired in 2011.

Bade acche lagte hain 2 Drama Serial Story
Priya Sood belongs from a middle-class family and lives with her mother and sisters. Her father Mahendra, left their mother, got married again and lives with his second wife. On the other hand, Ram Kapoor, who is a business tycoon was played on by his girlfriend Vedika and now, entirely focuses on work and family, His family includes his stepmother Nandini and half-siblings Shubham and Shivina.
Shivina and Akshay(cousin of Priya) love each other but Akshay refuses to marry before Priya, thus Ram marries Priya, much to Nandini’s (Ram’s step-mother) displeasure. Vedika, got jealous and hoping to get Ram back, reveals her past affair with Ram to Priya. Ram and Priya however triumphs against all odds.
Due to Shubham’s behavior, Shivina tries to leave Sood House, but dies when Eshan accidentally pushes her in the staircase. Priya takes the blame for Shivina’s death and goes to prison. Priya got to know that she is pregnant with Ram’s child but is manipulated by Nandini, in keeping the child away.
After five years, Priya serves her sentence and is blessed with a baby girl. She named her girl Pihu. Ram signs a costly deal for which he reunites with Priya in the public eye. On Sara’s marriage with Vikrant, both Ram and Pihu, learn about being father-daughter. Ram confront Eshan and ends up knowing the truth behind Shivina’s death. On knowing the truth, Ram’s love for Priya got more strong than before. Ram, Priya and Pihu finally unite, as a happy family.

The story takes an interesting turn after Ram go through head injury. Ram wakes up and asks for Vedika not Priya. A this, everyone got shocked and worried that what has happened to Ram. The Doctor came and told them that Ram has suffered a huge trauma due to this injury because of which he forgot this part of his life.
Nandini and Shubham got excited on hearing this and Nandini send Shubham to call Vedika. Nandini tourtured Priya by saying that now you have no place in this home nor in Ram’s life so you should leave this home and go from here. But Priya challenges them that she won’t let this happen and will stay in this home with Ram and Pihu and try to help Ram revive his memory.

In the upcoming episodes, it seems that Ram will successfully revive his memory, He will finally confront Nandini and expose her wrongdoings.
